Scripture- Matthew 1

Observe it – Seeing Jesus’ family roots and what his family line looked like, those that you thought that never would bring Jesus to be did. God’s grace covered Tamar – a prostitute to her father-in-law Judah, Rahab – a prostitute, Ruth – Gentile from Moab, and Bathsheba – an adulteress.

Believing in miracles, even when it seems impossible.

Jesus means the Lord saves.

Jesus came to save us from our sins.

Apply it – No matter your lifestyle, no matter your background, no matter where you came from, God’s grace covers use. God can still you use to bring something amazing into this world. It’s never too late. We were born to be in the time we are in now to reach people today.

Prayer – God, I know that you have something amazing lined up for my life. Whatever that looks like, I ask that you mold me into that person. That you take the little imperfections of my life and make them whole and new. There is no end to the grace that you use to cover my sinful heart. Make me a new person; a new creation in you! In Your name, Amen.
