What does that mean? We believe in the plan, hope, and future of your life through the grace of Jesus. Let us help you find it!
We are committed to living out the values of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our mission is to love God, love others, and share the good news of Jesus Christ.
We are unafraid to stand for the truth of the word of God in boldness and sincerity.
We believe in advocating for the needs of our community and being the hands and feet of Jesus.
We worship passionately, wholeheartedly, and genuinely. Jesus deserves all the honor and glory, and we are unafraid to express our adoration in all that we do
We advocate for our young people to know Jesus like we know Jesus. There is no such thing as a junior holy spirit, so we empower our young people to experience Jesus and inspire a life lived with Jesus.
We don’t have to give; we get to give. God has invited us to be a part of his kingdom, and we are honored to equip the church to be all the Lord has called it to be.
We invite you to explore our beliefs and join us in our pursuit of living out our faith in boldness and passion.
We believe the scriptures, both the Old and New Testament, are verbally inspired of God and are the revelation of God to man. We believe the Word of God is true, sufficient, and gives us instruction to live a life of both faith and conduct.
2 Timothy 3:15-17
1 Thessalonians 2:13
2 Peter 1:21
We believe the one true God has revealed Himself as the eternally self-existent "I AM," the Creator of heaven and earth and the Redeemer of mankind. He has further revealed himself as three persons: the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit (also known as the Trinity).
Deuteronomy 6:4
Isaiah 43:10,11
Matthew 28:19
We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, and as the son of God was entirely human and entirely divine. We believe in his virgin birth (Matthew 1:23), his sinless life (Hebrews 7:26), his miracles (Acts 2:22), the sacrifice he made on the cross for the atonement of our sins (1 Corinthians 15:3), his bodily resurrection from the dead (Matthew 28:6), and his coming physical return for those who love him (Revelation 19:11-14).
We believe Man was created good as in the “likeness” of God, however, voluntary fell to sin and thereby incurred not only physical death but also spiritual death, which is separation from God.
Genesis 1:26,27
Genesis 2:17
Romans 5:12-19
We believe that Man's only hope of redemption is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ the Son of God, and that anyone who accepts Jesus’ offer of forgiveness from our sins will be saved.
Luke 24:47
John 3:3
Romans 10:13-15
We believe freedom from sin, or sanctification, initially occurs at the point of salvation and is not only a declaration that a believer is holy in God’s sight, but is also a progressive lifelong process of separating from evil as believers continually draw closer to God and become more Christlike.
Although we are saved by grace, we believe the actions of a saved believer give evidence to a life dedicated to Jesus.
Romans 12:1,2
1 Thessalonians 5:23
Hebrews 13:12
We believe all Christ followers are invited to receive the indwelling of the Holy Spirit when they experience salvation from their sins. The Holy Spirit helps us to resist sin, encourages us, gives us boldness for witnessing, and a the power to live a life for Christ. All Christians should seek to be filled with the Holy Spirit just as believers were filled in the New Testament times.
Luke 24:49
Acts 1:4
Acts 1:8
1 Corinthians 12:1-31
We believe all of the gifts of the Spirit as seen in scripture are in use today. These spiritual gifts are distributed according to God’s will and enable believers to experience God’s supernatural power. The spiritual gifts equip the Body of Christ for ministry and we should seek them eagerly while realizing not all believers will experience every spiritual gift. Spiritual gifts should be used in a God-honoring and orderly way.
1 Corinthians 12:1-31
1 Corinthians 14
We believe divine healing is an integral part of the gospel. Deliverance from sickness is provided for in the atonement, and is a privilege to that can be sought by all believers. We believe that God still divinely heals those who are sick according to His purpose and plan, and that we can ask for healing while simultaneously trusting God’s sovereign plan.
We believe healing can also occur through the hands of medical professionals given supernatural wisdom to take care of his children. We have seen testimonies of divine healing, and impossible reports from medical professionals in our very own community.
Isaiah 53:4,5
Matthew 8:16,17
James 5:14-16
We believe the Church of God is the “body” of Christ and consists of the people who, throughout time, have accepted God’s offer of redemption through the sacrificial death of His Son, Jesus Christ. We believe the Church has a mission to seek and save all who are lost in sin, building a body of Christ-followers being perfected in the image of His Son, and meeting human need with ministries of love and compassion. In this way, we believe being a part of a church community is crucial to the development and health of a Christ-following believer.
Ephesians 1:22,23
Ephesians 2:22
Mark 16:15-20
Galatians 2:10; 6:10
James 1:27
We believe that Jesus is coming again for His Church in the future, at a date and time unknown to mankind. After the return of Christ, there will be final judgment and punishment of sin for those whose names are not written in the Book of Life. They will be condemned to hell for eternity. Those in Christ will enjoy eternal life with the Lord in Heaven.
“But in keeping with his promise, we are looking forward to a new heaven and a new earth, where righteousness dwells.” – 2 Peter 3:13
We believe that people of every ethnicity, age, and background are made in God’s image and are meant to be loved and presented with God’s good news. As Christ so loved “the world-“ and that means every one of us.
John 3:16
We believe the Bible clearly describes God’s design for marriage. God intends marriage to be a lasting & committed relationship between one man and one woman. This bond is also a reflection of the lasting, committed relationship between Jesus and His Church.
Matthew 19:4-6
Genesis 2:23-24
Ephesians 5:25
29:11 From the Beginning
Our story began in the back of a van in Africa with a vision God gave us called “The Church I See”—a picture of a church reaching the broken and hurting in today’s culture. That vision became the heartbeat of 29:11.
We were planted in a home in West Chandler with a passion for the East Valley. Growth came quickly, moving us to Tempe where we transformed a former charter school into 7,000 square feet of life and ministry. Soon we doubled to 14,000 square feet, expanding kids’ areas and Jeremiah’s Coffee Shop, but even that space filled fast.
When our building was sold and torn down, God miraculously opened the door for us to purchase a former church property in Tempe that was almost repurposed as senior housing. Through His provision, we found a permanent home.
But 29:11 is more than buildings—our staff, vision, and impact continue to grow. From the beginning, our mission has been clear: to fight for every person to discover salvation, hope in Jesus, and a future with Him. That mission drives us daily as we share God’s love in Tempe, the East Valley, Phoenix, and beyond.
