-What is your favorite Arizona season and why?

*Start Thinking. Ask a thoughtful question.

-If you could pick a season (Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall) what season would reflect where you are at spiritually right now?

*Start sharing. Go over these questions to help spark discussion in your group.

This past weekend, Pastor Kevin Ramsby talked about the event that changed his life…the altercation where he was stabbed 37 times. He heard the phrase, “They still need you.” That phrase kept him alive. Why do you think?

What words or phrase would have helped you push to fight to stay alive?

Kevin talked a lot about forgiveness sharing about how he learned how to forgive the person that nearly took his life. How is that possible?

Share about a time in your life when you had to forgive someone that really hurt you.

Share about someone you still maybe need to forgive?

Kevin shared about the story of King Hezekiah, who was probably literally scarred physically because of some past pain he experienced with his wicked father. Hezekiah chose to use his scars to become a better person …literally. It was like God put a robe on his scars and helped him become one of the Godliest Kings in Israel’s history.

How do you handle the scars in your heart?

*Start Prayer. Here are ways to close your group in prayer.

Have someone close in prayer. Ask God to help each person learn to allow God to help them forgive past pain, past scars and daily struggles.
