Today is a GREAT day to put into practice navigating your thoughts to think on the GOOD things in your life today. If you didn’t know it already, most human beings can create up to 50,000 thoughts a day! That’s a whole lot of thinking on on, right? From the moment your feet hit the floor in the morning until your head hits the pillow and even beyond that your brain never stops.
So, would you say the sum of those thoughts move you forward on a daily basis, pull you back or leave you right where you are?
