Paul’s words in 1 Corinthians 13 were on my heart today when I awoke. I was challenged while reading over it again to allow these words to be my standard in how I love, lead and live my life reminding myself the kind of behavior Paul encourages us all to make an effort to act out in our day to day. When we live out this sort of LOVE in our lives we ENCOURAGE all those around us with heavenly forgiveness, trust and hope. We rebuild the landscape of the conditional love most humans have received or given. I pray in inspires your heart as it has mine. May we strive to live out the supernatural love that God has already placed within our hearts through our relationship with His Son, Jesus…
“Love never gives up.
Love cares more for others than for self.
Love doesn’t want what it doesn’t have.
Love doesn’t strut,
Doesn’t have a swelled head,
Doesn’t force itself on others,
Isn’t always “me first,”
Doesn’t fly off the handle,
Doesn’t keep score of the sins of others,
Doesn’t revel when others grovel,
Takes pleasure in the flowering of truth,
Puts up with anything,
Trusts God always,
Always looks for the best,
Never looks back,
But keeps going to the end.”
1 Cor 13: 3-7 MSG
Love you all! Stay strong and courageous.
